RSVP Service (guest list management & menu tracking)
The CCC RSVP Hotline Service is an option for you to manage your event headcount and guest replies. Our service eliminates the waste of the traditional reply card process. Submit your request for this service online by Requesting a Quote using the Event Services Form.
The cost for this optional service is only $1./per invitation sent (minimum of $25.). It requires the host to provide the complete guest list, including: names, address, and phone numbers (email if available), in .doc or .xls formats, .csv also accepted).
- RSVP (Basic) Service:

- Guests will be able to leave a voice response or post an online response 24/7, including a personal message to the host or honoree.
- General toll-free number and message box used for phone responses.
- Individual personal messages (audio & web) forwarded to host/hostess in email.
- No calls to non-responsive guests.
- RSVP/Concierge (Premium) Service:
- [$1.80 - $2./per invitation sent, plus $50./nonrefundable setup fee]
- Guests will also be able to leave a voice response or post an online response 24/7, including a personal message to the host or honoree.
- Optional guest menu tracking for sit-down dinner entree selection totals.
- Host can request a personalized or preferred toll-free number (easily memorized telephone number) for 8-weeks.
- RSVP phone & web instruction cards pre-printed for host to include with mass invitation mailing (does not require return postage or reply cards).
- Customized event greeting with invitation details, theme-related voiceovers and music.
- Example: Jamaican destination wedding can request custom RSVP message box to complement the theme. Authentic Jamaican voice on greeting will provide event/invitation details with reggae music playing in background.
- All personal messages (audio & web/text) converted to audio then forwarded to host/hostess via email, as a single sound file.
- Courtesy reminder calls to guests that have not responded by 12noon on the deadline date. Guest calls done by our RSVP agents will free up host/hostess time and headcount concerns.
Need tickets to the hottest show in town? We also offer tickets to numerous local concerts, plays, sporting events, and amusement venues throughout the year. Just make your selection(s) from our "On Sale Now" event ticket listing. As a part of our concierge service, your tickets can be mailed, will-called, or hand-delivered (depending upon the distance and amount of notice given prior to the event date).
