RSVP Service (guest list management & menu tracking)
The CCC RSVP Hotline Service is an option for you to manage your event headcount and guest replies. Our service eliminates the waste of the traditional reply card process. Submit your request for this service online by Requesting a Quote using the Event Services Form.
The cost for this optional service is only $1./per invitation sent (minimum of $25.). It requires the host to provide the complete guest list, including: names, address, and phone numbers (email if available), in .doc or .xls formats, .csv also accepted).
The guests will be able to call in their response OR submit it online at CreativeConceptions.net. Guest List Management consists of many steps including the submittal of the compiled list of guest responses to the event host for a headcount. The final list will show guest responses, names, call-back numbers, number (of guests) in the party, their desire for travel arrangements or special services, etc. Guests will be able to RSVP 24/7 by leaving a voice response or posting an online response. Guest responses may include a personal message to the host or honoree, which can be later saved and put into an event memory book or media file.

Customized event greeting with invitation details, theme-related voiceovers and music. Example: Jamaican destination wedding can request custom RSVP message box to complement the theme. Authentic Jamaican voice on greeting will provide event/invitation details with reggae music playing in background.
All personal messages (audio & web/text) converted to audio then forwarded to host/hostess via email, as a single sound file.
Courtesy reminder calls to guests that have not responded by 12noon on the deadline date. Guest calls done by our RSVP agents will free up host/hostess time and headcount concerns.
